Tonight on Catalyst, Mark Horstman joins scientists on the banks of the Darling River to solve an extraordinary murder mystery. Toorale Man, 8pm ABC TV.
Managing Director Shane Rolton Wysiwyg 3D used the latest in 3D Scanning technology to capture accurate details of the actual skeleton. Combining the scan data with high resolution photos we were able to 3D Print the skeleton to enable further study long after the burial as seen on Catalyst ABC TV
‘This sort of information you may not document in the field. By doing 3D scanning, bringing it back, we can now look at the angle of orientation that the blow came from that struck this man in the face. If we can take a plane through the top, we can work out the angle of the blade striking the front’
