Using state-of-the-art laser scanners, we rapidly capture digital records of real objects, people (cyber scanning), buildings, sets and locations (lidar scanning) and create accurate 3D computer models of them.

Our scanners are portable, so we can come to you – across Australia, overseas, inside, outdoors or underground – or work in our Sydney premises, which accommodate objects with a footprint up to 10m x 4m and weight up to 2 tonnes.

For the international entertainment industry, we offer cyber scanning using a 360° array of 85 digital cameras to surround an actor or prop.

We seamlessly merge 85 simultaneous photos to create accurate 3D computer models of the person or object for visual/special effects or costume design and manufacture.

We use the data from our scanners to rebuild the precise geometry of the scanned object in a 3D digital (computer) model.

We use our digital models to manufacture exact copies, enlargements or miniatures of real objects. Through 3D printing, 3D milling (cutting, carving or drilling) and other techniques, replicas can be produced in a wide range of materials, including wood, foam, rubber, stone, plastic or metals.

We provide precise 3D printing for rapid prototyping, low-volume manufacturing and special projects.

Using a wide range of professional materials including plastics, metals, sands and rubber, we can print complex and unusual shapes: spare parts for machinery, display models, moulds, jewellery, dental items and more.
