The Australian Production Design Guild is excited to announce the 2024 APDG Awards are now open.
Early-bird entries will close on April 15, 2024 and all entries will close on April 29, 2024.
The 2024 categories are:
- Animation Design
- Art Direction for a feature film or a television production
- Concept Art
- Costume Design for a feature film
- Costume Design for a live performance or event
- Costume Design for a television production.
- Design for a commercial
- Design for a digital production or performance (Previously called VFX)
- Emerging Designer for a live performance or event
- Emerging Designer for a screen production
- Lighting Design for a live performance or event
- Make-up, Prosthetic Makeup or Hair Design
- Multi-Discipline Design for a live performance or event
- Production Design for a feature film
- Production Design for a television production
- Production Design or Costume Design for a short film, music video or web series
- Set Decoration for a feature film or a television production
- Set Design for a live performance or event
- Title Design
- Video Design for a live performance or event
The awards ceremony will be held on Saturday August 24, 2024 at Queensland State Library within the South Bank arts precinct in Brisbane.
